Dominic did a great job explaining the project and value that they had, walked me through the logistics and provided a fair price for the large project. The installers were efficient, clean, and on point–they did a great job. The only slight negative I felt is that for the size of the job we did (17 windows and a rear patio door), I would have expected Dominic to come by the job and make sure we were happy and walk us through the new product, but I can understand that he was probably busy. But otherwise I am very pleased to have gone with Dominic–we got over a half dozen estimates and dealt with poor salesman. Dominic made us feel comfortable, did not apply any pressure, was not negative on competitors (which nearly all others were), and got the job done as promised. I would definitely recommend HP Windows and Doors and would use them again.

Great company and very honest, I called to ask a question about a crack in my window and got honest feedback. They told me it wasn’t necessary to replace the whole window if I didn’t want to. I really appreciate them being honest and not just trying to pressure me to replace the whole window and spend unnecessary money. I will be using this company when I need to replace my windows.

I had 17 windows replaced on my Chicago Bungalow. We went with the Pella Architect Series. We got a great quote. The installers came a few weeks later installed all of those windows in just 2-3 hours…and cleaned up their mess! I was most impressed by that. I have recommended them to many of my friends—all have been happy. Also, the windows have been a big improvement to my home. The air traffic noise has been greatly reduced. No more drafts–and the heat and AC stay in! Fantastic job!
